Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We offer standard shipping across India. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping is FREE on all orders above ₹999. For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking details.

You can also track your order status directly from your Mosslya Kids account dashboard under 'My Orders'.

We want you and your little ones to love every garment! We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp, Email, or through your Account Dashboard.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality team, your refund will be processed.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery / UPI orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit based on your preference.
